Clariwin-DT (Clarithromycin)

Clarithromycin is an antibiotic used to treat various bacterial infections, including respiratory tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, and Helicobacter pylori infections associated with peptic ulcer disease. It belongs to the macrolide class of antibiotics and works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis. Clarithromycin is available in different formulations, including tablets, extended-release tablets, and oral suspension, and is generally well-tolerated, although it may cause side effects such as gastrointestinal upset and allergic reactions in some individuals.
