The drug is also used in relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma, as well as in select cases of follicular lymphoma and marginal zone lymphoma, depending on individual treatment protocols and patient eligibility.
Important Safety Information
Lenalidomide is contraindicated in pregnancy due to severe teratogenic effects and requires strict pregnancy prevention programs for all patients of reproductive potential. Breastfeeding is not recommended. Patients with significant renal impairment require dose adjustment, and those with a history of blood clots face elevated thromboembolism risk, especially when combined with corticosteroids or other chemotherapy.
