Slinda (Drosperinone 4mg)

Slinda is indicated for contraception.

Pharmacodynamic effects: The contraceptive effect of Slinda is achieved primarily by inhibition of ovulation. Drospirenone exhibits a strong anti-gonadotropic activity inhibiting follicular stimulation and ovulation by suppression of the luteinising hormone (LH).

Active ingredient: Each tablet contains 4 mg of drospirenone.

Dosage & Administration: 1 tablet daily for 28 consecutive days taken at the same time of the day. 1 white active tablet daily during the first 24 days and 1 green inactive tablet daily during the following 4 days. Take the first tablet on first day of menstrual bleeding.
